I am an empathetic, loving and cheerful person — with a big heart for children. Even as a child, I knew that I would like to work with children later on: My mother was a toddler educator herself, and I gained my first experience as a babysitter at an early age.

Today I can work as a childminder with a lot of passion and experience — I have been caring for children in my day care family for over 14 years and have already had around Accompany 40 children. It fulfills me to watch children develop, to support them and to witness their small and big progress.

Children are honest, direct, creative — and full of the joy of discovery. I love to encourage them to become independent, to show them how much they can do themselves and thus give them small experiences of success. When children are proud of something they have made, not only do their eyes light up — but also my heart.

It is particularly important to me to let every child grow at their own pace and to strengthen their self-worth. I actively involve the children in everyday life — be it cooking, tidying up, playing or planning together. By participating instead of just watching, they experience how much they can achieve themselves. We learn together and from each other—always with respect, joy, and genuine interest in one another.

I am married and mother of three children aged between 9 and 14 years. Our family life is active, loving and full of movement — we spend a lot of time outside, enjoy doing sports, hiking or cycling together.

Something very special in our family is our Family Council: We regularly take time to talk about things that concern us — this is how we grow even closer together as a family. Eating together is also important to us: they are moments of exchange and closeness.
