I am an empathetic and committed caregiver with two years of experience as a nanny and further experience in daycare and in accompanying people with disabilities. I bring a lot of joy, clarity and enthusiasm to everyday life with children — and I like to fully immerse myself in their world. When I play, I become a child myself and make the day lively and sensitive. Communication is very important to me: I verbalize a lot of things in everyday life in order to actively involve the children and make connections understandable to them. Respect, reliability and a relationship on equal footing shape my attitude — both towards the children and parents. I actively ask about the values and preferences of families in order to enable trusting and coordinated cooperation.

Working with children feels like something completely natural for me — playfully, honestly and full of energy. I love diving into fantasy worlds with them, laughing, discovering and building a stable relationship in the process. It is important to me that children feel understood and taken seriously. I set clear rules, but in a loving and explanatory way so that the children understand the meaning behind them. Working with each individual child — and also with parents — is central to me because it is the basis for genuine trust and development.
