I have over 40 years of experience in childcare — working with children is much more than a job for me, it is simply part of my life. I am active, close to nature and full of energy: Whether cooking, crafting, sewing or being outdoors — I create everyday life with lots of joy, movement and creativity. It is important to me not only to give children a feeling of security, but also to convey values. I attach great importance to clear communication, both with the children and with the parents. Care, cleanliness and respectful cooperation are central components of loving care for me.

Accompanying children fulfills me — their openness, their amazement and their joy of learning make every day special. I love reading, dancing, crafting or simply being outside with them. In my care, I make sure to explain things to the children in an understandable way, involve them in decisions and share responsibility for them in an age-appropriate manner. I see my role not only as a caregiver, but also as an accompanying educator. Children react positively to my clarity and reliability — this creates a harmonious relationship that is characterized by trust and mutual respect.
