I am an open, communicative, creative and humorous person — sensitive and authentic at the same time. My own children and my training as a care specialist have motivated me to become a childminder. I completed my FABE training in 2014 and have gained over 10 years of professional experience in childcare — including working with children with disabilities, particularly in the area of autism (KmBP).

Working with children is not a “job” for me, but a matter close to my heart. Children inspire, surprise and let me learn new things every day — that's what makes this task so special for me.

What I enjoy most is seeing the children's progress — their development, their growing independence and their amazement at the world. And for me, reading a dinosaur book with the children also means learning new things myself.

When it comes to mentoring, it is important tor me to be authentic, loving and clear. There are rules, such as holding hands when crossing the street — safety is always a top priority. At the same time, children may have the freedom to develop, be loud, contribute their own ideas and just be children. I am particularly happy when children dive deep into the game and sink into their own little world.

I live with my husband and our two children (born in 2021 and 2025). We are a Swiss-Albanian family and speak both Swiss German and Albanian. We love to travel — whether to the Zoological Museum or the Natural History Museum, to our allotment garden in Dietikon or to visit our large family in Appenzell, Bern or Zug.
