I am a very creative, warm and imaginative person. At the same time, structure and rituals in everyday life are very important to me, because they provide children with safety and orientation. I love making the day varied — with creative ideas, movement and lots of little moments to discover.

My motivation as a childminder also comes from my own son (born 2023). He loves being around other kids. Working as a childminder gives me the opportunity to combine my job with my family life and create a place where children can play, learn and grow together.

My experience in childcare began with my training as a care specialist (FaBE), which I completed in 2018. Since then, I have worked both in daycare centers and as a nanny and have gained a lot of valuable experience. This time has shown me how important a loving, structured everyday life is for children.

The best thing about my job is accompanying children as they grow up. Seeing them become more independent, discover new things and find their own path really fulfills me.

I attach great importance to treating children with respect and appreciation. They can have a say, contribute their ideas and learn to act independently — always in a safe and loving environment.

I am particularly moved when I am allowed to accompany children over a longer period of time and experience their development.

My husband, our son (born 2023) and I live together in our apartment. We are a German-Albanian family: My husband speaks Albanian with our son, I speak German. As a result, he grows up with two languages and two cultures.

In our free time, we like to spend time outside — at the playground, in the zoo, or with our families. It is important to us to experience a lot together and to consciously enjoy everyday life as a family.
