🧩 Age-appropriate support & play

• You offer new game ideas every day — suitable for the age and interests of the children.
• You allow creativity without being overwhelming — and enjoy trying out new things.
• You use our game ideas, materials and the Nidino app as inspiration.
• You address the cultural diversity of children and approach different languages, rituals and backgrounds with openness and respect.

🌿 Fresh air is good!

• Children need nature, exercise and fresh air — you go outside every day if possible.
• Whether it's a forest, a playground or a garden: You make the world outside come alive.

🥦 Food that is good for you

• You cook in a varied, balanced way, with fresh ingredients and, if possible, with the children.
• In doing so, you pay attention to a healthy diet — and also to what children like.
• For you, eating together is not simply part of everyday life, but valuable moments full of closeness, exchange and togetherness.

📬 Communication — honest, binding & on equal footing

• You respond to inquiries from Nidino or parents within 12 hours.
• You communicate openly, proactively and in a solution-oriented manner — even in difficult situations — and get support from Nidino when needed.
• You regularly provide information about children's everyday lives — via app, short message or in a personal door fishing conversation.
• You are open to feedback, reflect on yourself and actively contribute to our Nidino community.

📘 Expertise & development

• You do it as quickly as possible Emergency course for children.
• You are actively studying our training materials, the app and the educational concept.
• You graduate in first year of the Kibe Suisse basic course for day families.
• You enjoy developing yourself — for yourself and the children you care for.

📣 You show yourself — in your community

• You draw attention to yourself and your support — with flyers, SOME posts or talking on the playground.
• You use the Nidino materials to become visible. We provide you with everything — all you have to do is use it.
• You have a local presence and help to grow the Nidino network.
